Quest Internal Assessor Course - Facility Management
What is an IQA course?
A two-day course for senior leisure professionals to become a Quest Internal Assessor.
This course is also an ideal personal development tool in delivering excellence within your organisation using the latest Best Value practice techniques.
The workshop is best run “in house” to maximise the effectiveness however our we also offer an Open Courses meaning anyone can come along rather than a specific team.
The course is delivered by a Quest Accredited Trainer.
Specific course outcomes
- the expertise to act as Quest Champion/coach for your organisation
- the skills to carry out reviews of your organisation's progress in relation to Quest
- the knowledge and ability to co-ordinate your organisation's self-assessment and performance review programme
- thorough knowledge and understanding of the Quest process and what the assessor is looking for in an assessment
- the skills to perform mystery visits
- the skills needed to validate completed Quest self-assessments
- the skill to take action to increase your Quest score and customer satisfaction
- understanding of how to relate Quest to the requirements of best value for your organisation
Course Structure
This course will be an intensive, informative and enjoyable two days. Delegates work in small syndicate groups, undertaking group exercises, presentations and carrying out a mock Quest Assessment.
Pre-requisites for course
Delegates should hold at least a junior management position

Delegates are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Guidance Notes prior to attendance, these are available to download here.
