Quest 2014 Facility Management

Quest Entry

  • This is a yearly one day assessment that costs £1150 plus VAT per year (£150 discount will be applied if centres have their assessments in their anniversary month).
  • The centre will receive a mystery visit and a one day assessment on the 8 FM core modules of Purpose, People and Operations.
  • The overall bandings are either Unsatisfactory or Registered. 

Quest Plus

This is a 2 year cycle made up of:

Year 1

  • A mystery visit and a two day assessment that costs £1450 plus VAT (A £200 discount will be applied if centres have their assessments in their anniversary month).
  • The centre will be assessed on the 8 FM core modules on day 1 and 5 modules of their choice on day 2 (A minimum of 3 GPLUS modules must be selected). One of these 5 modules will be un-scored.
  • The overall bandings range from Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good and Excellent.

Year 2

  • A one day review and either an NBS or a full mystery visit (dependent on facilities)
  • This costs £1150 plus VAT (A £200 discount will be applied if centres have their review in their anniversary month).

Quest Stretch

  • Quest Stretch is a two year cycle that includes a mystery visit, an unannounced 1 day assessment on the 8 FM core modules, plus a 1 day validation.
  • This award is designed to challenge sites that already have an Excellent banding in Quest Plus and wish to push themselves even further.
  • The cost is £1950 plus VAT and the overall banding is Outstanding.

  

Quest 2016 Active Communities

Quest Entry

  • This is a yearly one day assessment that costs £850 plus VAT per year (A £100 discount will be applied if teams have their assessments in their anniversary month).
  • The team will be assessed on the 7 AC core modules of Purpose, People and Delivery.
  • The overall bandings are either Unsatisfactory or Registered. 

Quest Plus

This is a 2 year cycle made up of:

Year 1

  • A two day assessment that costs £1350 plus VAT (A £200 discount will be applied if teams have their assessments in their anniversary month).
  • The team will be assessed on the 7 AC core modules on day 1 and 5 modules of their choice on day 2. One of these 5 modules will be un-scored.
  • The overall bandings range from Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good, Very Good and Excellent.

Year 2

  • A Partnership Survey and one day improvement workshop that costs £800 plus VAT

Quest Stretch

  • Quest Stretch is a two year cycle that includes a partnership survey and a 1 day validation.
  • The cost is £1950 plus VAT and the overall banding is Outstanding.

  

Quest Combo

The ideal way to bring your Facility and Active Communities team (Sport Development) together in one assessment.

This 2 year cycle made up of:

Year 1

  • A mystery visit and a three day assessment that costs £2500 plus VAT (A £300 discount will be applied if teams have their assessments in their anniversary month).
  • The centre will be assessed on the 8 FM core modules on day 1, 8 AC core modules on day 2 and 6 modules of their choice on day 3. One of these 6 modules will be un-scored.
  • The overall bandings range from Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Good and Excellent.

Year 2

  • A two day review and either an NBS or a mystery visit. This costs £1400 plus VAT (A £100 discount will be applied if teams have their review in their anniversary month).
