Quest for your team

This one-day workshop will introduce Quest to those are new to the scheme or thinking of going through Quest.

It covers what Quest is, how it can assist organisations and the steps required to take full benefit from the Quest process.

The course will give an insight into the Quest process and the aims of the Quest Scheme.

On completion of the training delegates will understand:

• What Quest is and the objectives of the Quest Scheme
• Understand the structure of Quest
• How to prepare for the Mystery Visit and what the Mystery Visitor will be looking for
• Quest modules and guidance
• Knowledge of standards
