Advice for New Centres
Plan first and ensure this is a team effort not down to individuals! This is absolutely essential in my eyes because if the team know what the Centre perspective is and the goals, then you can achieve anything.
Everything you do should be to improve the Customer journey, not because you think Quest will like it.
Finally, you need to be implementing and following your own QMS.
Value of Quest
I believe that Quest is a fantastic improvement tool for any Centre.
Quest is a great opportunity for your Centre to be reviewed by someone independently and provide some great advice and guidance but also to confirm that what you are doing is having a positive effect.
It is also shows to our customers that we are delivering a service that they expect.
