Advice for New Centres
For the first time through Quest definitely use the self prep forms and guidance notes! They are an absolute lifesaver and will be your bible when it comes to understanding what will be looked at and what to prepare and bring with you for the assessment.
Also get ahead of the game! Don't delay picking your modules, so you know what to focus on and play to your strengths! And finally get everyone involved and understanding what Quest is and the benefits it can bring to the centre.
Value of Quest
Within the industry Quest is a great asset, however I feel like customers aren't as aware of the accreditation as they should be.
Seeing a plaque that states Excellent or Very Good is obviously a fantastic achievement but the majority of people haven't heard of Quest so I feel it needs to be made more focused outside of the industry and more widely known.
