Benchmarking Seminars 2014

Further to the success of the seminars we held in 2013 and so far this year, we have just confirmed more new dates and locations:

 

Tuesday 11^th November 2014 at Aquatics Centre, Olympic Park

 

Our famous seminars promise to be packed full of useful information on ways to benchmark your centre using our online tool, give and take lots of best practice tips and ideas back to your centre. A continuous improvement seminar not to be missed!

The seminars focus on getting the most out of the benchmarking lists which give you an opportunity to compare your centre’s performance against other centres from around the country. These sessions will show you how to utilise this useful tool to its full potential and enable you to gain further insight in to how your centre performs against others and how to improve.

 The outline format for the day will be:

• Introduction and welcome
• Benchmarking – using the benchmarking tool to its maximum potential
• Round table session sharing best practice and networking
• Examples of best practice
• Round table session sharing best practice and networking
• Summary and close 

The day will also include presentations/discoussion lead by an Excellent Ambassador!

A delegate fee of £30.00 (excluding VAT) per person is being charged to contribute to the expenses of the day.
