Further to the success of the recent seminars we held in June, we have scheduled some more dates adn locations which promise to be packed full of useful information on ways to benchmark your Centre and give lots of best practice tips and information to take back to your Centre. A continuous improvement seminar not to be missed!

The seminars focus on getting the most out of the benchmarking lists which give you an opportunity to compare your Centre’s performance against other Centres from around the country. The session will show you how to utilise this useful tool to it’s full potential and enable you to gain further insight in to how your Centre performs against others and how to improve.

 The outline format for the day will be:

 

• Introduction and welcome
• Benchmarking – using the benchmarking tool to it’s maximum potential
• Round table session sharing best practice and networking
• Examples of best practice
• Round table session sharing best practice and networking
• Summary and close 

A delegate fee of £30.00 (excluding VAT) per person is being charged to contribute to the expenses of the day and includes lunch.
