The following services are designed to assist you in your Quest journey. These are an extra service in addition to your Quest assessment, if you do have any questions, feel free to contact the team on 01582 840078.
Want to convert a great one day Entry assessment to a Plus assessment? Simply have your assessor come back within 6 months to have 5 modules of your choice assessed (3 generic and 2 specific). This second day will be added to your Entry report giving the opportunity to improve your banding from Registered to Good or even Excellent!
Upgrades MUST happen within 6 months of the original anniversary month.
The Quest Test Drive is to help make the jump from your own self assessment to independent external assessment. We have introduced the Quest Test Drive - a no risk, cost effective option.
The Quest Test Drive is a one day review of your performance against the Quest Best Practice. It is undertaken by an experienced Quest Assessor and provides an instant indication of your progress in a simple user friendly format. With no score, no pass or fail, the emphasis is on reviewing systems and practice, helping the centre to get on the right track before their next/ first assessment.
These mystery visits are conducted by an industry professional and concentrate on the operational aspect as well as customer service. A detailed report will be produced with a banding of Unsatisfactory, Registered, Good or Excellent.
This additional mystery visit can also be a replacement for centres that have had their assessment. This MUST happen within 6 months of the anniversary month but cannot be within the first 6 weeks of recieving the assessment report. You will recieve an amended assessment report with your new mystery visit replacing the previous, this can then reflect your overall banding.
These visits are conducted by the experiences Mystery Shoppers/Market Researchers who are not industry professionals, and they concentrate on the customer experience and perception. A basic report is submitted online via a web-based reporting suite, and it is benchmarked anonymously against other sites nationally.
This is where you can have your 5 modules reassessed and rescored before your one day Directional Review. This will be conducted by the same assessor and the report will be written over your existing Quest Plus Report. Alternatively, you can select 2 of the stretch modules to see if you are ready for Quest stretch.
The additional day is an opportunity to extend your Plus assessment to three days to provide greater opportunity to interview the team, partners and other members of your organisation.
